How many revisions do I get?

I will outline the home page to ensure it aligns with your vision before completing the project. Once I do, I'll ask for any revisions within a 3-day timeframe. I'll complete these revisions within 2 business days, concluding the revision period. Given the thorough research, strategy development, and questionnaires conducted before the design phase, significant revisions are typically unnecessary. 

Does this include branding?

No, our custom branding packages start at $1,200. Please reach out if you are looking to add this to your custom design package.

Can I hire you to add additional pages to my site?

Yes of course. These are priced per project, but are typically $325 a page. (Sales page would be more, short pages would be less.)

HOW MUCH CAN YOU ACTUALLY GET DONE IN A DAY?

8 hours is a long time. While it isn't enough time to build a website from scratch, it is enough time to: restructure and edit content, incorporate new content, implement page template layouts, refresh the website's appearance (e.g., new fonts, colors, logo installation), integrate third-party tools, conduct website audits and address issues and/or implement SEO improvements on key pages

How much time do you need once you have all of the info to build out a site?

White Labeling

The duration for full site development ranges between 1 to 2 weeks, varying based on the site's complexity. Template customizations are typically finalized within approximately one week, whereas Mobile Only projects are typically completed in two days.

What if I need more revisions?

Additional revision cycles cost $175 each. These revisions are completed within one day, which will extend the project timeline by an additional business day.

What do you need from me to begin?

Before the official project start date, you will be expected to complete multiple questionnaires, upload all website copy, branding elements and photos/videos and our Brand Identity Workbook. 

Is copywriting included?

We don't offer in-house copywriting services. For clients who prefer to write their own copy, we supply an extremely thorough website content planner featuring prompts to assist you in smoothly navigating the copywriting process for every page of your website.

Nevertheless, we strongly suggest considering hiring a professional copywriter. Many of our clients opt to collaborate with copywriters from our carefully selected referral list, with whom we frequently partner.

Can I keep my current blog?

Yep! If your existing blog is hosted on WordPress or Squarespace, we collaborate with the talented developer team at Showit to effortlessly migrate all your current blog posts to your new custom Showit site.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, a 35% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot on our calendar. This deposit is crucial for scheduling as we typically schedule projects 1-3 months in advance, ensuring each project receives the necessary time and attention. By reserving your time slot, we may turn away other clients. Failing to commit to our project leaves an empty spot that could have been allocated to another project. Deposits demonstrate clients' commitment to moving forward with the project.

Are there additional expenses?

Clients are responsible for purchasing fonts used within their project, ensuring proper legal licensing for usage within the project. as well as a Showit subscription and domain.
